Really helpful staff, air-conditioned room, very clean swimming pool. Warm welcome from host. Setting adjacent to beaches and town centre, Mallorca, and the restaurants & centre. Btw, located close to everything.

This place had great amenities like a refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave, and the staff were really friendly.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Osa Menor for a week-long holiday. The apartment was well maintained and very clean. I appreciated that it was cleaned multiple times during our stay and that the towels were changed regularly. We were also provided with beach towels for a small cost and had access to items like sun umbrellas and Lilo's at no charge. The pool was small but impeccably clean. The owners, Jurgen and Molily, were incredibly helpful and attentive. They quickly resolved a water supply issue we had one day. the price was great, and I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely apartment in Cala d'Or. The rooftop terrace was amazing for meals and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations. The pool area was clean and quiet. The nearby beaches were beautiful. we highly recommend this place!

The hotel had a charming and cozy decoration, with beautiful flowers and artwork throughout. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas for relaxation. As a senior woman, I particularly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were ramps and handrails in all the right places, making it easy for me to navigate around the property without any issues.

I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive and friendly towards the senior guests.

The highlight of my stay at Apartamentos Osa Menor was definitely the fantastic large private rooftop terrace. It was the perfect place to enjoy meals and relax in my own space. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean with regular changes of bedding and towels. Jurgen and Molily, the hosts, were incredibly helpful and provided great advice on places to visit and restaurants to try. The pool area was always quiet and clean, making it easy to find a sun bed. The beautiful Cala Esmeralda beach was just a short walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

While there were some minor issues, such as noise from neighboring apartments and the need to buy toilet paper, these were outweighed by the positive aspects of the stay.

Peaceful pool area. Close to Cala Esmarelda beach. Friendly and helpful hosts. Convenient amenities like washing machine and AC. Walking distance to the center of Cala D'or. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. the peaceful and quiet atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. the pool area was lovely with shady trees and sun beds, and we loved being able to relax by the poolside. the location of the hotel was also great, with several beaches within walking distance, as well as a marina a bit further away. the apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the beach umbrellas and shopping trolley-bag that were provided.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. it would have been nice to have thicker curtains on the glass doors for more privacy.

The apartment was cleaned twice during our stay and had all the necessary amenities. The beaches nearby were beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. we had a wonderful time and would love to come back to Osa Menor in the future.

The hosts were super helpful, the apartment was brand new and had a great roof terrace. The location was perfect, just minutes away from restaurants and beaches. Communication was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The beds were uncomfortable and the mattresses were old and saggy. This caused discomfort and pain during the night.

I would have appreciated more staff assistance from the children working there, especially in helping seniors with their luggage or offering assistance with activities and excursions.
